I have been fascinated by psychology since I was a child and am lucky to have made it my career. 

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Coaching Psychologist and BPS registered Supervisor.

I have expertise in all things regarding people at work – recruitment and selection, leadership development, coaching, organisational culture development, organisational change and team dynamics and development.  I specialise in profiling using psychometrics and am one of the world’s leading Myers-Briggs practitioners. 

I co-run a training company, Type Pro, that certifies people in Myers-Briggs Personality Type coaching.

I am on the BPS RAPPS register for coaching supervision, coaching chartership supervision and Occupational Psychology stage 2 (preparation for Chartered status) supervision. I am also a part-time lecturer in Psychology at Westminster Business School and Bucks New University and a GCSE and A Level Psychology tutor.

I have a BSc in Psychology with Languages from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Experimental Methods from UCL. After several years working for the NHS in a clinical role, I went to Cranfield University where I completed my MSc in Applied Psychology.  In 2011 I was awarded a Professional Doctorate from London Metropolitan University. 

My book, “The Shadows of Type”, was published in 2010 and my development of psychological type theory has been presented at the conferences of Psychological Type Associations in the UK, US, Australia and Europe. 

Aside from work, I am a complete nerd and wanna-be-rock-chick.  As a music obsessive, I enjoy going to gigs, playing guitar, singing with the Rock Choir and constantly have music playing.  I also enjoy yoga, running, tap dancing, reading, going to French lessons and chasing total eclipses.  I am the mother of two boys, two murderous cats and several tropical fish, all of whom who keep me on my toes and teach me so much
